What to Expect the Day of Your Appointment

Once you Schedule Your Appointment:

You will receive a health form (required by the health department) to fill out.  You will be required to secure your appointment with a credit card (your card will not be charged until you are standing in front of us).

Procedure Appointment Includes:

• Consultation with discussion about placement, shape and color
• Completion of paperwork with medical history
• Numbing procedure
• Procedure(s)
• Aftercare instructions explained
• Aftercare products explained
• 30 Day follow-up appointment required and included
