Established in 2015, Dragonfly Permanent Makeup and Hair Salon is a heart based all inclusive salon in Wilmington, NC. Everyone is welcome in our salon.

Shannon MacKay, owner of the salon, is a Licensed tattoo artist, micropigmentation specialist and also a trained Botched Ink® technician. If you have an eyebrow emergency, she is ready to help! We offer hair care for male and female clients. Regular cuts to vivids and hair styling, we are here to give you the look you want.
